Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel your order if it hasn't been despatched, simply reply to your order confirmation email.

For UK orders:

  • If your order is in transit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a problem or request a return and/or exchange.
  • Please contact me to explain the problem.
  • You'll then have another 14 days to return your item(s).
  • If you don't contact me for 30 days I'll be under the reasonable assumption that all is well - thank you for your order! 🙏

For international orders:

Please double-check your T-Shirt sizing before ordering to avoid disappointment, there's a handy size guide on the product page.

If there's a problem upon delivery, please contact me for further information.

    Return details:

    • When returning item(s), please include a cover note stating your name, order number and the RMA number that I have given you.
    • Your RMA number tells me everything about why you're making a return. Please do not return anything until you have an RMA number, thank you.

    Return delivery:

    Please use a tracked delivery service so you know where your item(s) are at any given time. It's recommended to buy postage online as it's usually cheaper and you're automatically given a tracking number.

    If a non-tracked service is used, I am not responsible for any lost items.

    Please use the original packaging your order was sent with, or source similar packaging if this isn't possible. This will reduce potential transit damage to items.

    Refunds:

    Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, this cannot be changed.
